Donation protected

My name is Lisa. I am 63 and a single mom to a young adult with autism who lives at home. On Thursday, June 6th, I was in for an annual MRI of my breast due to family history. On June 19th, I found out I had Papillary Carcinoma in situ. That means it is contained to 3 small masses that have not spread anywhere else.
UPDATE October 10, 2024
FRIENDS and FAMILY
I just finished radiation on 10/07. I am done and the next steps are to follow up with scans and visits every 3 months for a while. I am so very glad this phase is over.
GOOD NEWS
I just got a huge surprise today that will cover the rest of my radiation cost and more. Therefore, we will not longer need to solicit donations. I am humbled by the number of friends and family that stepped up to help Jason and me through this difficult 5 months. My experience has certainly helped me to be more understanding of the stresses that the patients where I work go through including financial stresses. I am so very blessed by you and others who love me and support me. There will never be enough thank you's to stress how very grateful and loved I feel. I love you all. Phillipians 4:19 says: "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." He has certainly provided in this 5 month long journey. I will be forever grateful for you and for your love for me and Jason. May God bless you immensely. This picture of Jason at the beach worshipping. It is used today to thank God for His richest blessings in our life....YOU!
UPDATE: as of August 19, 2024
I had surgery August 1st and the outlook is good for recovery. I was out of work during the time of the surgery and had the gift of using your gifts to pay some medical bills and get some extra things that I needed during recovery. The good news is that all of my margins are clear for invasive cancer.
Radiation is in full motion and have done 13 treatments as of today. 7 to go. I am tired and fatigued most every day.
The bills are already coming in(some of which I have been able to use these gifts to pay) but more have come in and more are to come.
I am anticipating more medical bills and extra things I may need to buy to supplement treatment over the next few months. If you can help, it would certainly be a blessing to our family. We are already stretched budget-wise so this will be helpful.
If you are not able to give, please remember us in your prayers.
