We all know and love Lisa for her smiling face, kind heart and the swirling positive energy that lifts up all who she meets. As many of us know all too well, is that cancer is indiscriminate and often impacts the best of us. We were so shocked to find out that Lisa has been diagnosed with a rare cancer called Angiosarcoma, a cancer of the inner lining of blood vessels, which can occur in any area of the body. The disease most commonly occurs in the skin, breast, liver, spleen, and deep tissue. Her doctors say it is a very aggressive cancer, hence the treatment will need to be as aggressive. She has begun five chemotherapy treatments scheduled to eradicate the cancer over the next five months. Each treatment will require a one-week stay in the hospital and a two-week recovery time; and then do it all over again. Unfortunately, the fight against cancer costs money, as well as diminishes or halts income. Please help Lisa and Eric get through this challenging time of their lives.
