We are requesting your assistance with securing the funds to provide Lisa with a wheelchair accessible vehicle that she will be able to operate independently.
Lisa is 43 years old. She was born with Cerebral Palsy. Lisa has overcome many obstacles in her life.
Lisa is currently a Science Teacher with Vista Unified School District and is teaching Chemistry and Biology.  She is recognized by her colleagues and students as an excellent teacher and inspiration to all.
Lisa's disability has now regressed to the point that she is now almost completely dependent on her motorized wheelchair.
Lisa has been able to live independently requiring little assistance from outside help. Her medical condition has changed drastically that she now requires the use of her motorized wheelchair all the time.
It is, for this reason, we are raising funds to purchase a vehicle to accommodate her motorized wheelchair.
With that, Lisa will be able to maintain her independence which she has struggled to achieve and would like to continue being independent in the future.
