Lisa Carleton-Simonsen passed away unexpectedly due to post-COVID complications on May 10th, 2021. Her legacy lives on through her two children, grandson, brothers and sister, and the many friends she has found over the years. This campaign is to assist the family in the costs associated with memorial services and getting Lisa’s affairs in order.
