Remembering Lisa Perez and Tina Rice
Donation protected
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lisa Perez and her mother Tina Rice who left us far too soon on Saturday, April 5, 2025. While the pain is profound, let us remember and celebrate the joy they brought to us. Lisa and Tina may no longer be with us physically, but their spirits will live on forever in the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing them.
Lisa was, above all, a devoted wife, mother, and friend. To Rick, her loving husband, she was a constant source of support and love. Together, they created a home filled with warmth, laughter, and joy. Lisa’s love for her children, Sierra and Gabriel, knew no bounds. She was their biggest cheerleader, always there with a kind word, a nurturing touch, and an infectious smile that could light up any room. Her strength, her kindness, and her sense of humor made her the heart of her family and a pillar of support for all who knew her.
Lisa had a way of making people feel seen and heard. Her energy was contagious, her laughter infectious, and her care for others boundless. She had a unique ability to make everyone feel like they mattered, and that kind of presence is not something easily forgotten. She poured love into everything she did, whether it was raising her children, supporting her friends, or sharing a laugh with someone who needed it most. Her absence leaves a hole that will never be filled, but we are fortunate to have been touched by her love and warmth.
Tina, Lisa’s mother, was the epitome of compassion. She was a loving wife, a devoted mother, and a proud grandmother. Her heart was vast, and her generosity knew no limits. Tina was a rare soul whose kindness and selflessness left a lasting impact on everyone she encountered. She had a special connection with animals, and her care for them reflected the deep, nurturing spirit that was part of who she was. She was a woman who gave so much of herself to others, always putting the needs of those she loved before her own.
Like Lisa, Tina was a woman of strength and grace. She faced life’s challenges with courage, and her unwavering devotion to her family was a testament to the power of love. Tina's influence will live on in the hearts of her son, grandchildren, and all of us who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of kindness, generosity, and love will continue to inspire us every day.
The loss of both Lisa and Tina is a heartbreak that has touched all of us. Yet, in the midst of our grief, we take solace in the memories they’ve left behind. They taught us what it means to love deeply, to give selflessly, and to embrace life with joy and gratitude. Their love for their family was a beautiful example of the strength and bond that family can create. Though we mourn their passing, we can take comfort in knowing that the love they shared with us will never fade.
