I'm in an urgent situation and need help.
I will make this very long story short. I still have my job but my life is making some changes fast this summer. I am buying a small townhome close to work and my dance company Scorpius for myself and my son Leo. Because I am buying this all by myself I need a bit more cash at closing then expected.
I need to raise $3,600 more to complete my home closing this week.
On top of this stress, I am leaving the country for work this week too :(
I will lose the home if I don't close now.
I sold a lot of personal belongings, including my car to raise funds for this home. It's a simple townhome, close to work and in my budget.
I did not want to ask for money from anyone, but I'm in need since the lender just requested more to close.
