My coworker Lisa Mitchell has not been feeling well lately and had a doctor's appointment this week. Unfortunately, she has been diagnosed with Metastatic Papillary Carcinoma which is effecting her Thyroid. It is spreading to other parts of her body, and is very serious. She was advised that surgery would be required really soon. As you can imagine, this has to be a very scary time for her and her family. To help ease some of their burden, my co-workers and I are trying to raise as much money possible for her doctors visits, treatments, and day to day expenses they will have to endure.
