Our dear friend and co-worker, Lisa Longo, has been bravely fighting to overcome her health struggles since undergoing emergency surgery in April to correct a bowel obstruction caused by Crohn's Disease. What was meant to be a step toward healing quickly turned into a nightmare-- Lisa developed severe complications, including sepsis, and fluid on her lungs causing the doctors to induce a coma, while she is out of the coma and progressing, she still remains hospitalized. As a single mother who worked two jobs to make ends meet, Lisa now faces overwhelming financial burdens while still fighting to recover. We, her co-workers and friends, are starting this GoFundMe to help ease her stress and give her one less thing to worry about as she continues this long and difficult journey to healing.
