Lisa Hernandez diagnosis of MS was horrific blow 12 years ago with a husband and 2 small children. She has had many trials in her life since this happen. She has also had many blessings and graduated from college with her Masters in Social Work. She began her life's dream as a Social Worker at a local school. MS has now again reared it's ugly head and she is now home bound and learning and training her body to respond. He husband and her both are on Unpaid FMLA and bills need to be paid and hospital bills are starting to come in. Lisa is in need of a light weight wheel chair that she can pick up and transport so that she can become independent and get back to work. Her insurance company will not pay for this wheel chair. It is a Air Hawk and weighs only 41 pounds and can travel 20 miles per charge. She is a school social worker so she has to travel around the school again. There are also ramps that need to be bought or built to allow to her move freely in her home and also be able to leave through her front door to go outside. The sooner she has the wheel chair and ramps the sooner she can go back to work and her husband will able to go back to work also. Please help them reach their goal. She has a wonderful family husband and two daughters who are helping her right now but we need to help her get back to work.
