Lisa Hard passed away unexpectedly at her home on March 26th, 2024 at the age of 54. Lisa was the youngest of 4 sisters; Toni, Karen, and Debra. Lisa is survived by her father Arthur Hard III, her 13 year old daughter Carlie, and her sisters and their families, and cousins.

Lisa had a heart as big as Texas and reached out with love to everyone she met. In addition to being a mother to Carlie, she took care of two special needs children. She also spent a lot of time helping her father over the past three years take care of her mother, who suffered from Alzheimer’s. Her mother passed away on Jan 14, 2024.

Carlie, who has lost her grandmother whom she was very close to, has now lost her mother, all within a two and a half month period of time. She is now living with her Aunt Toni and Uncle Rodney.

Toni and Rodney are starting the process of becoming her legal guardians, helping organize and pay for Lisa’s funeral, working with the court to assign an administrator to Lisa’s Estate, evaluating Carlie's school situation, etc., and trying to help Carlie adapt to a world turned upside down.

Legal Fees for guardianship of Carlie

House and Vehicle Cleaning, lawn care to prepare for selling

Ancillary costs
