Lisa Carson began teaching at Male in 2006. Her passion and advocacy for her students were unmatched. If you knew Lisa, you would understand, “Once a bulldog, always a bulldog!” Her 16 year career impacted countless lives for the better!! Lisa sponsored many clubs and served as class sponsor several times.

In July of 2021, Lisa was diagnosed with lung cancer just days before the birth of her daughter. She fought courageously through numerous procedures, chemo, and other treatments but lost her battle last week and gained her eternal reward in the arms of Jesus. A scholarship fund is being created to honor her legacy, which will enable future Bulldogs to achieve their post-secondary goals.
