Lisa needs our support! She is a long time Forest Service employee who has been diagnosed with a malignant brain cancer (astrocytoma) and has a surgery planned for October or November to remove the mass at the front of her brain.

She has worked across the Tusayan and Williams Ranger Districts of the Kaibab National Forest in Fire and in Timber and is always a helpful, sweet spirit.

She is also a mom and grandma, and works long hours to help support her family. We want to support Lisa in her recovery because she is running low on leave and will have to make multiple trips to Phoenix to Banner Health for her surgery and related check-ins and check-ups. We hope these funds will help her with gas money, hotels in Phoenix, lost wages, countless co-pays, and many other needs she and her family are experiencing already and into the future.
