Lions Cup Helsinki 2025
Donation protected
Hi my name is Jack Parsons, aged 14.
I started playing ice hockey aged 8 and have played for Moray Juniors in Elgin, Inverness Highlanders and am now playing for Aberdeen Lynx.
This year I am extremely proud to have been given the opportunity to represent Scotland. So far I played for Scotland against England in the Christmas Showcase Tournament in Sheffield.
In April I have the honour to play for Scotland in the Lions Cup in Finland. The Lions Cup is one of Europe’s premier Ice Hockey tournaments in which teams from both the USA and Europe compete.
Ice hockey is a niche sport within the Uk and I rely heavily on my parents to get me to games and training all around the country. To assist towards funding the travel and accommodation for this upcoming tournament, I am asking donations if you are able to help. Scottish Ice Hockey Association have also committed to contributing upto £250 through the Athlete Fund Match program.
I am very grateful to you for taking time to read this and appreciate any help if you are able to.
Thank you for any support you are able to provide.
Jack
