Lionel’s tore his Achilles? Oh, no!

Donation protected
Two weeks ago today, Lionel ruptured his OTHER Achilles tendon while playing indoor volleyball; surgery rapidly followed. Three years ago when this happened, he was too stubborn and proud to ask for financial assistance, but it's even more essential this time - and I might have talked him into it. He runs his own interior/exterior painting business, and his busy season is approaching, so in addition to grieving the loss of his beloved sport for 18 months (he even had a fun sand doubles team set up for Seaside this year), he can't climb the ladders that he's so good on and can barely assist in the painting work, itself. He makes the bulk of his yearly income during the summer, and this summer is looking to be ROUGH. Any financial assistance you could provide would be a huge help to him as he tries to navigate his monthly bills while looking for work that the doctor would approve of, and if direct monetary assistance isn't in your cards but you or someone you know has painting that needs doing, please send it his way; he has a crew of painters under him to look out for, too, and keeping them busy means keeping them on the team for when he's fully back on his feet (literally) - plus their work is immaculate and affordable. As always, sharing this post helps immensely, too. Thank you!!
