Linwood needs a Kidney
Donation protected
Let us share a little bit about a man that made a huge difference in so many lives. Linwood Chatten is a Career EMT and Firefighter who was recently forced into retirement due to disability after dedicating 30 years of his life to serving Upper Township and beyond. There aren’t many places you can go without running into someone who knows him. He is currently in Stage 4 Kidney failure and in desperate need of a transplant. While
physically fighting this battle every day, he has also found himself stricken down by the financial burdens that have come as a result of medical expenses as well. With very limited finances, little to no source of income, and insurance that is requiring him to pay out of pocket for most of his care and required medications, Linwood finds himself in serious financial hardship. Of course, being who he is, Linwood refuses to ask for help from anyone. So, we are doing so on his behalf. If we can give even a small percent back to this man that has so selflessly given of himself to others within this community for so many years, then our efforts will not be in vain. Please join us December 11th, from 2 to 6 PM at the Seaville Fire Social Hall for a fundraising benefit in his honor.
