Linton Infants Sponsored Walk and Run

Mrs. Harries should have been running the London Marathon this year on
behalf of the NSPCC. She is  not doing the virtual marathon but is instead going to do a virtual marathon in conjunction with the school sponsored run on Friday the 23rd October and funds raised will be split between the NSPCC and the PTFA
funds.

There was a huge upturn in the number of children contacting the NSPCC
during lockdown and through this continued time of crisis, so Mrs. H is keen to ensure that she hits the fundraising target as they provide such valuable support to some very vulnerable children and families. Similarly running the school safely  through the pandemic has not come without additional costs—1 day last week we got through 4000 paper towels!

The PTFA continue to be vital in supporting the school with projects to enhance the provision they are able to offer.  This page will collect the sponsorship for the whole school run/walk. Mrs Harries will be running to and from school as well as with each class as they complete their part of the walk/run in their bubbles around the school.
