Many of you, our loyal customers and friends, have reached out to ask
if there's an emergency fund for our pandemic-impacted staff. We initiated this GoFundMe to collect resources to help with money for food, rent, and children's gifts for these young families in immediate need. Linn's has been forced to severely cut hours or furlough 20 employees immediately representing 40% of our family of restaurant staff during the three weeks leading up to Christmas and others have had their hours diminished. Our family of staff rely on shifts and hours that we can no longer provide since restaurants in our region are again restricted from serving tables indoors and outdoors. Understandably tourist traffic is diminished because of the pandemic. We are fortunate that some of our staff will remain working in our shipping department or food production, but not all. Our aim is to be as fair as possible and help those in need with special attention to those with young children.
