Linking up for Lincoln

Hello, my name is Brandy Boyles. Most of you may know Juliet and Stefano Ramon through the Hunt County Jeep Club or Stefano's mechanic shop SMRT Customs.

On July 3, 2023, the Ramon family welcomed their precious rainbow baby boy, Lincoln. At less than 2 months old, baby Lincoln was admitted to a Dallas area hospital on August 24th in critical condition. Unfortunately, the physicians were unable to provide an immediate diagnosis of baby Lincoln's medical emergency. After several days of procedures, tests, and lack of sleep, the Ramon family was finally given a diagnosis of Meticillin-Sensitive Staphylococcus. aureus (MSSA). To administer the appropriate medications and nutrition to baby Lincoln, a PICC line was placed.

As of today August 29th, baby Lincoln's condition was not improving, which initiated further testing. Unfortunately, baby Lincoln was diagnosed with pneumonia. A medical decision was made to intubate baby Lincoln to place a chest tube to remove the excess fluid from his lungs and an NG tube to provide nutrients.

Unfortunately, no time frame has been given for when baby Lincoln will be discharged home. In the meantime, Stefano and Juliet have not been able to work. They are commuting back and forth to Dallas every day for clothing, and food, and to visit their young daughter Luxi. With expenses adding up, they could really use financial assistance to help direct their focus on baby Lincoln's recovery.

The Ramon family has provided generous services and donations to the Hunt County Jeep/4X4 Community, the least we can do is give back. If you can donate to the Ramon family, it would be very much appreciated. If you are not able to donate, please do not stress as Prayers and love are Welcome.

Update: August 30th- Baby Lincoln successfully received a blood transfusion to bring up his blood count post-surgery. The infectious disease physician confirmed the pneumonia was a result of the MSSA. They will continue the antibiotics treatment for the pneumonia which will be 10-14 days. No dates have been provided on when baby Lincoln will be discharged home.
