Lindsay Beats Cancer

For those of you that do not know me, I am Kelsey Champion- Lindsay's younger sister.  I wanted to start by thanking everyone for their well- wishes and support.  

Lindsay and Bryan are very fortunate to have so many loving family members and friends that want to help in any way they can.  Both are blessed with great careers and supporting companies/command, but because so many people have asked to contribute; I wanted to go ahead and create an easy way to do so.    

There are many unplanned expenses that arise with a cancer diagnoses, but I wanted to outline some specific ways your contributions will be used:

- Cold Capping: Lindsay is going to try this technique throughout her chemo treatments in an effort to partially preserve her hair.  In addition to purchasing the cold caps, each treatment requires the use of 60 lbs of dry ice. 
- A Juicer: In addition to fighting her cancer with medications, Lindsay has transitioned to a whole foods, plant-based diet.  In support of this effort, she plans to purchase a juicer to assist with this dietary change. 
- Plane Tickets: She is currently seeing an Oncologist in Mississippi, but also seeking treatment at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL where she has an Oncologist, Surgeon, and Plastic Surgeon. 
- Extra Help: With a 5 year old and 8 month old, a lot of extra help will be needed over the next few months to keep things moving as smoothly as Lindsay always does!
