On Friday night, a small task had a devastating impact on the Lindblom family.

Everything in our lives changed. Jerrod had an accident, falling off a ladder causing some serious injuries. He has 6 broken ribs and is in ICU as of now with aspirated pneumonia. He is stable and they are slowly working to get him off the ventilator. I was able to see him today on a zoom call, which was good to see and he is improving in all areas. The doctors have let us know it could be a long recovery with such a severe injury.

I am so grateful to my family and friends who are drawing around us to help support us through this time. We covet your prayers for Jerrod and our family as we navigate a new normal and the beginning of his recovery. This has been a total shock to our family.

What we know for sure today is that this is going to be a very long recovery, in the middle of a global pandemic when things are already hard for a lot of people. I ask that if you can donate, please do. It will help cover medical bills that insurance doesn’t cover.  Goals may be adjusted to fulfill need.
