Linda's Battle with Breast Cancer

Hello,

I'm Kelly (Linda's oldest daughter). As you may or may not know, my mom was diagnosed with stage 3 triple-negative breast cancer. She starts six months of chemo on Thursday, March 30th, followed by surgery and then radiation. Luckily there is a 65% chance that chemo will kill all of cancer by the time she goes into surgery. Unluckily, she will be off work during this time as her immune system will be compromised and she works with children (who tend to be germier than most).

All donations will help her with bills during the time that she does not have an income, which the doctors estimate the entire treatment will take ~12-18 months. She was denied disability payments from the government because she is over 66 and already on SSI income. Other ways you can help support her are through prayer and by being a chemo buddy! If you have the time to sit with her on a Thursday morning, she would love the company.
