Hello. For the past few years I have been a caregiver to my mom. I receive no benefits,  do not qualify for any COVID -19  financial aid programs, and since her passing in April 2020, I have been looking for employment and a new place to live. As I go through the transition of seeking employment and housing, I am in need of funds to cover at least one year of storage for my personal belongings, to keep my phone on so that potential employers can reach me due to unstable housing, a security deposit for housing, food to sustain me, and transportation for job interviews,  housing, and food needs.
