I am Linda Henson, a 58 year old widow and mother of a beautiful and loving daughter Sara. I am asking for your help because I am battling cancer for the third time in my life. This has been the toughest battle of them all since it's metastatic beast cancer.  I am devasted emotionally, physically and financially.  This hurts my pride to ask for help but I am in such a bad place I decided to reach out for support.

I was diagnosed in June 2016 with metastatic breast cancer. I just finished  4 rounds of chemo and now must start 30 radiation treatments. It has been so difficult because this battle has me fighting by myself,  As many of you know, my dear husband, Kerry, passed away suddenly in 2009. He was my rock during my last two battles.  

My employer has been very supportive and covered me with paid time off during my sickest bouts thoughout chemotherepy treatments.  I have every prayer and hope that I will be able to continue to work during the 30 rounds of radiation. 

Unfortunatley my health insurance deductable must be met again starting January 1st.  I will have to reach my deductable of $3,000 before the co-pays will be more affordable. I do not have the money to afford the deductable, existing medical bills and monthly expenses.

I realize it's a difficult time of year, so I hate to ask for help but I'm sinking financially.  This is an extremely humbling position to find myself in.  I am very grateful if you are able to help and also for your prayers.   I am forever thankful for all of you that have reached out to help and to those of you who may.  I can not thank you enough for your love, prayers and support.
