The family of Linda Townsend have created this go fund me on the request of many friends and family who have asked for it.

This was not something mom/Linda was at first comfortable with but now realized it is for others who want to help support her and show her their love.

Linda suffered a massive heart attack and was airlifted on April 26 as a life and limb heart patient to St Paul's Hospital in Vancouver, where she was scheduled to have a double bypass .

It is now May 8 it has been rescheduled twice due to the cardiac team being short staffed and now mom having tested positive for covid while in the hospital awaiting open heart surgery.

It is with supreme hope that she may get to have her surgery next week. She wants her daughters down here and close but as you all know our system and the costs down here are crazy.

We are looking at being down here for a minimum of another 15 days for a total of at least a month! We keep being positive and have put our faith in the big guy upstairs, and always have love for eachother.

Once home moms recovery will be a minimum of six months.
