For the past six months Linda Perez has been suffering from a serious, yet to be diagnosed, illness. She has been very weak and is not currently able to do her service in Archives. Linda has lost a lot of weight and has a really hard time keeping food down.

Recently a lesion in her left lung was found. This may be the source of the problem, but a specific diagnosis still eludes her medical specialists.

Linda and her partner Scott Campbell have managed and served the Adidam Sacred Archives for decades. Their financial compensation has always been subsistence level, as is typical for paid service in Adidam. While this pays the bills, it does not account for emergencies.

A battery of medical tests has taken a huge financial toll. Medicare and supplemental insurance have paid for a portion of their expenses.  However they are currently looking at approximately $4000 worth of unpaid bills and no ability to pay them. There will likely be more medical tests and, of course, the accompanying bills. And then treatment for the illness.

In addition, their car is pretty much kaput; they need to buy another much more reliable one.

Their closest friends are raising money to help. But we need to reach out to the entire worldwide gathering for support. Linda and Scott have given their adult lives to serving Bhagavan's Great Work, and we are hoping that a number of devotees can reach out and support Scott and Linda in this difficult time.

Costs for medical diagnosis and for the ensuing treatment, as well as for a needed replacement car and for increased living expenses due to Linda's illness will almost certainly exceed $10,000.  Whatever you can contribute will help.
