Linda Hayden Election Campaign

My name is Linda Hayden and I am the General Election Candidate for Kildare South for the Social Democrats. I am an anti-sexual violence campaigner and an activist. I was heavily involved in the Kildare South campaign for repeal of the 8th amendment and I have been branch chair or vice chair of the Kildare South social democrats for the last 3 years. I believe our society is broken, and in order to fix it we need to take care of our most vulnerable members, the sick, the homeless, the poverty stricken, the abused and make sure there is a minimum standard of living for all. I believe through effective public services, affordable housing and living standards and a community based approach to health that we can thrive as a nation.
