For those of you who know Linda, you know a GoFundMe page isn't exactly her cup of tea. For those of you who don't know Linda, here is a little about her. Linda is an independent, strong woman, a devoted grandmother and wonderful mother, sister and friend. She is a passionate and talented photographer who loves to travel, enjoy the outdoors and the simple things in life. Linda has worked hard her whole life to take care of her family. Unfortunately, she is in a situation right now where she could use some financial help.
This Thanksgiving Eve, Linda received a devastating phone call from her doctor saying they found cancerous tumors on her skull. After daily trips to doctors, radiologists, blood labs, hospitals, etc...Linda was informed the cancer was also in her spine and pelvis. This news was shocking to her and everyone around her. She had been in remission from breast cancer since 2012 and was doing fine...now this. Due to the painful symptoms of this awful disease and nonstop doctor's visits, Linda was forced to quit her job. On December 11th, 2018, she had surgery to remove the tumors from her skull and has since been slowly recovering. Linda has a long road of treatment and possibly more surgeries ahead of her. With no source of income and the financial burden of daily life and medical bills, it is going to be an even tougher road ahead.
Linda is so strong and we know she will fight her hardest to get through this. We, her family, are humbly asking for help to make this fight a little bit easier. Anything helps. Prayers and good vibes are welcomed too!
