Lincoln Middle School is currently seeking sponsors for its 2016-2017 school yearbook!
This will be the first yearbook for most of our scholars, as we did not print one last year. Students are already excited about school pictures and signing one another’s yearbooks.
Our school serves students grades 6 through 8 within the Syracuse City School District, many of whom are economically disadvantaged. Most of our scholars’ families are unable to pay for a school yearbook out of their pockets. We do not want to see any of our students excluded from this wonderful end of year memory because of economic hardship. This is why we need your help.
The contract with our yearbook printer prices this year's books at $20 per book. That is simply not possible for most of our scholars' families to spare.
We need to raise $3,000 by June 3rd in order to offset the $20 price with our printing company and bring the cost of a yearbook down to $10 per book.
Most of us still have our middle and high school yearbooks. They are treasured mementos from our past, of the crucial years that shaped our character and personalities. We want that for our students as well: a physical keepsake of their time at Lincoln.
Every $10 donation will sponsor one student's yearbook.
Thank you!
