Lincolns (HUS) Journey

Lincoln's HUS battle to recovery
Lincoln has come down with a very bad case of Ecoli O157:H7.  This ecoli produces a Shiga toxin in his blood, leading to Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome a (life-threatening complication) that occurs with kidney failure. Lincoln  had surgery for dialysis catheter & picc lines they sedated and intubated him then. He has had several blood transfusions and is on continuous dialysis.  The doctors will have him heavily sedated and in the PICU during this time.  Lincoln has a very long road ahead of him.  He will have to get dialysis for quite a long time to make a full recovery. We are praying that the dialysis helps, and that Lincoln can be back on his feet very soon.  Please pray for my family.

Kelli, Lincolns mother and Landon, Lincolns father, have two other school aged children at home.  These donations will go towards Lincoln's medical bills and traveling expenses, etc.  This is a tough time for the family, the last thing I want them to have to worry about is money.  Please help in any way you can.  Thanks in advance!
