Lincoln’s Craniosynostosis Journey

Our niece’s son, Lincoln, is a happy, snuggly, joyful almost 2 year old boy who we recently found out has to have a 2nd, more intensive, CVR surgery on his skull to allow room for his brain to grow and develop normally. Since his first craniosynostosis surgery in January 2023, his head reverted back to its original oblong shape and a recent CT scan showed signs of pressure on his brain. Needing the very best surgical team, Lincoln’s parents, Rachel & Josh, are traveling from Wisconsin to Texas in a couple weeks to see one of the best Craniosynostosis surgeons who will reshape Lincoln’s skull.

Our hearts and theirs are so heavy. While Rachel & Josh ask only for everyone’s prayers, (which we know are powerful - keep them coming!), if you can rally around them to help lessen the financial burden, it is very appreciated. This will allow them to focus on Lincoln and his road to recovery.

Rachel recently shared these scriptures with me. Precious.
