Lincoln's at home medical equipment

My granddaughter Lincoln Marea was born June 12th with LTGA, which is a congenital heart defect. She underwent her first heart surgery on June 23rd, which was unsuccessful. On June 29th, she had open-heart surgery. She's doing amazing and is almost ready to go home. However, she needs constant at-home medical monitoring equipment and specialized medication. We just found out that her current insurance will not cover any of the at-home equipment or medication.

Her parents have been by her side throughout this process while still caring for her two big sisters. They have been through so much and are ready to be at home as a family.

We don't normally ask for help, but we are at a loss with how to get the equipment and medicine she needs without some help.
