Near Lincoln City Echo Mountain Fire Urgent Relief

Please help the people of the communities in the north end of Lincoln City.
I will be working with Kiwanis in Lincoln City, The Lincoln City Chamber of Commerce, Angels Anonymous, The Food Bank, Lincoln County Rescue Organizations to get relief to them immediately. I am starting this Go Fund Me now only because I know that all of my friends at these organizations are currently evacuated.
How I will distribute these funds:
I will be getting these funds to the local community relief organizations that can get the money directly to those affected. Every dollar collected will go directly to people who need it. I will post what donations go to what organizations as I move the funds to them.
I will not withdraw funds from the Go Fund Me account without saying exactly where they went.
I will keep this post updated with news of how the relief goes and other ways individuals can help as the story progresses.
The Story:
A wildfire swept through the town forcing the evacuation of tens of thousands of people. Some parts of the community are 100% burned. Lives have been destroyed.
This will displace many people with NO OPTIONS of where to go and what to do next. Many are renters, with no insurance, and no hope of relief immediately available. Some don't even have enough money to pay for a single night in a motel while they flee their homes. Lincoln County has a high rate of unemployment and poverty as it is. For many, this means homelessness for them and their children.
My goal is to get these funds into the hands of community Organizers who can give them directly to those who have no options right now. Many don't have time to wait for red tape. They have nowhere to stay tonight.
Who I am:
My name is Pete Hume. I grew up in this community. I have owned a business there and worked at the high school. My Father, John, is an administrator at the Panther Creek Water District and he too has had to flee. Panther Creek may be completely lost.
