I am running the Limerick Half Marathon with the hope to raise funds and awareness for Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) Ireland. CRY Ireland are an organisation that provide free clinical assessment and management to all families of young people who are living with a cardiac condition or have suffered, or are at risk of a sudden cardiac death.
