Paul & I are running the Limerick 10k on May 4th 2025 and Joshua & Rory are taking part in the kids run the day before. We are running in memory of a beautiful little angel Sophie who was sadly born sleeping on 20 May 2024. SANDS continue to be a massive support to Sophie's family & we want to raise awareness & support this charity to enable them to continue this vital support at a time that families need it most ❤️.
