Hello, my name is Sophie, and I'm reaching out to ask for your support for my beautiful little niece Lily and my sister Katie's family as they navigate a challenging but hopeful journey ahead.

On 25th May 2025, our brave Lily was diagnosed with B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. While the news was initially overwhelming for our entire family, we're filled with hope knowing that Lily is a fighter and that this type of leukaemia has excellent treatment outcomes.

Lily was airlifted from Portland to the Royal Children's Hospital, where she's receiving outstanding care from an incredible medical team. The doctors and nurses have been absolutely wonderful, and we feel so grateful that Lily is in such capable hands.

To be close to Lily throughout her treatment journey, Katie, Glenn and Lily's little sister Remi have relocated to Melbourne for the next 9 months while Lily undergoes her intensive treatment plan.

After completing this 9-month treatment phase, Lily will transition to ongoing care with monthly check-ins and chemotherapy treatments over the following 2.5 years. This will require monthly trips to Melbourne, a 4-hour drive from their family home in Tyrendarra.

While they're focusing all their energy on Lily's recovery and supporting each other, the financial reality of this situation has created some challenges. With Katie and her partner unable to work while caring for Lily, they're managing significant expenses at a time when their priority is rightfully on Lily's healing journey. The funds raised will help lighten this load.

Any contribution would be a tremendous help and would ease the financial pressure, allowing the family to focus entirely on what matters most - Lily getting better and stronger each day.
