Hi my name is Gemma and I gave birth to my perfect little girl Lily Jayne on the 27th of April, however on the 18th of June 2022, my beautiful angel passed away during the night. 

Friday night was just like any normal day and night, i settled her down and she woke for her feed at half 3, she was happy, drank it all and went back to sleep.

My 5 year old woke me the next morning and with her being a late sleeper I woke wondering why Lily didn’t wake me earlier for a bottle. Once I picked her up I knew instantly that she was gone. I called for paramedics and tried everything possible to get her to come back to me, I had no luck so the paramedics came rushing in.

they worked on her for a while until a doctor sat me down and confirmed that she had indeed passed. She was 7 weeks old. 

My heart is broken in 2 and theres a hole that will never be filled.

i know children’s funeral’s aren't a lot of money but with my father being extremely ill he will require a lot of care and carers when he comes out of hospital, and with me now working i have very limited amount of money. I absolutely hate doing this but if you could spare even a small amount just to help us give my perfect little angel Lily a perfect send off i would be so grateful.
