Meet Lily-Mae , a remarkable young woman who has overcome challenges to pursue her passion for equestrian sports. Living with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and ADHD, as well as being sight impaired, Lily has shown incredible dedication and resilience, working her way up in the horse-riding community. She's now ready to take a significant step forward by competing in her first stay away show.

**About Lily:**

- **Home Educated:**
Due to the failing education system, Lily was home educated, allowing her to focus on her passions and develop her skills.
- **Passion for Horses:**
Lily has always had a deep love for horses and riding, which has provided her with therapeutic benefits and a sense of purpose. She only started riding at 13.
- **Showjumper:**
As a dedicated showjumper, Lily has achieved remarkable milestones despite her visual impairment, making her accomplishments even more extraordinary.
- **Achievements:**
She completed her apprenticeship in riding with distinction, demonstrating her hard work and skill. Lily has also been featured in *Horse and Hound*, showcasing her dedication in the equestrian world.
- **Giving Back:**
Lily is dedicated to giving other young girls with autism the same opportunities she worked so hard for by teaching them to ride and share her passion.
- **Aspirations for the Year:**
This year, she aims to complete her BHS coaching exams and prepare to obtain her HGV license, further demonstrating her commitment to her equestrian career.
- **Hidden Abilities:**
Lily has shown that her disabilities are actually her hidden abilities when it comes to working with horses, allowing her to connect and inspire others in the equestrian community.

**The Challenge:**
Competing at stayaway shows can be incredibly expensive, and it’s very difficult for Lily to compete at this level without adequate financial backing. Unfortunately, British Showjumping does not have any para classes, which further complicates her journey. Lily is also looking to start her BHS coaching exams, and complete her HGV.

Costs include:
- **Entry Fees:**
Each competition comes with a hefty entry fee.
- **Training Expenses:**
Ongoing lessons are vital for her preparation.
- **Travel Costs:**
Getting to and from events adds another layer of financial burden.
- **Equipment and Gear:**
Proper riding gear is essential for safety and performance.

**How You Can Help:**
We are seeking to raise £3000 to cover these costs and help Lily achieve her dream of competing. Your contributions will directly support her journey and provide her with the opportunity to shine in the arena.

**Join Us:**
Every donation, no matter how small, makes a difference. If you can’t contribute financially, sharing this campaign with your network would be immensely appreciated. Together, we can help Lily take this exciting next step in her equestrian career!

**Thank You:**
Thank you for your support and belief in Lily. With your help, she can achieve her dreams and inspire others along the way!
