Lily's dental expenses
My good friend Lily had a dental procedure more than a year ago. Unfortunately, and possibly because of poor physician judgment and/or technique, the procedure lead to complications. This included teeth loss, as well as bone infection and bone loss. The last year has been a terrible ordeal for Lily. She has been unable to chew or eat properly. She has constant pain and discomfort from these complications. She is also no longer able to smile, as the teeth that were lost and the area that is affected is the front upper teeth and gums. She also developed weight loss as a result of these issues. These events have contributed to significant anxiety and depression that have taken a toll on Lily and her family.
The last year has been a great trial for Lily. But by the grace of God, she was able to find a team of new and highly recommended physicians who will be working to restore her teeth and gums. However, the work involved is very extensive and expensive and will cost at least 22,000 dollars. Insurance will likely not cover any of these expenses. Lily and her family do not have the resources to be able to pay such a large amount of money. She had her first treatment recently for which she paid 4,000 dollars using a credit card. In addition to actual expenses she also will have to pay additional interest related to these payments. If everything proceeds as planned without complications duration of treatment and procedures will be approximately a year or longer.
I appeal to my friends, brothers and sisters, to consider making a donation to help Lily with these expenses. No amount is too small, and every little bit will help.
Thank you
