Hi everyone,

This is Lily — a brave, big-hearted 7-year-old with a very special mission.

On November 22nd, Lily will be walking 7 miles, from the Crinan Hotel to Lochgilphead, to raise money and awareness for Spina Bifida, in honour of someone incredibly close to her heart - Her baby sister Elsie, who was born with Spina Bifida Myelomeningocele.

Why Lily is Walking -

Spina Bifida Myelomeningocele is the most severe form of Spina Bifida — a condition that affects the spine and nervous system. It can cause significant challenges, including mobility issues, nerve damage, and the need for ongoing medical support. From the moment her little sister was born, Lily has wanted to help — and this sponsored walk is her beautiful way of showing love, strength, and solidarity.

She's walking 7 miles — one for every year of her life — to support not only her sister, but all children and families living with Spina Bifida.
