Hello Everyone,

My name is Laura and this is Lilypad (as many of you know).

Lily is the sweetest, pure, and most loving 4lb Chihuahua in whole world. She brings the best out in everyone and always fills the room with unbridled joy. Her gift to the world is her ability to pull those around her into the moment and will never stop giving that to others, even in times like these.

Yesterday morning Lily slipped on ice as she was going outside. She collapsed onto her leg and could not get back up.
Sadly, after taking her to the ER for X-rays we received news that she broke her femur and needed to have emergency surgery.
Unfortunately, even though she is so small the cost of this procedure is too much for us to handle on our own without help. 

The donations will go towards the cost of x-rays, surgery, hospitalization and medication. 
We appreciate donations of any size – truly – every dollar will go directly towards her recovery.

We can’t wait for her to feel better and I will post photo updates on her recovery.
