My name is Lily Turner. I am from Kokomo, IN. Years of age, 28.
POST STAGE 4 BREAST CANCER | LFS

I have been livin the cancer part of my journey for the last 7 years.
I was diagnosed Li Fraumeni Syndrome in October of 2019.
I had just learned I had a very aggressive bone cancer while I was inpatient at Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital. Shortly after I was diagnosed with throw separate forms of breast cancer.
Since then I have had three jaw resections, losing all of my bottom teeth. a double mastectomy, full hysterectomy, etc. - a long road with only a year of remission in between.
I have exhausted my options outside of the chemo and radiation treatments I have done:
I currently am taking my chemo orally at home. Not having my insurance active currently has been leaving me pay for all meds out of pocket:
Any donations, shares, and suggestions help but I am in the works closer to getting a decision on health, state, and disability benefits so I’ll end on that high note.
I am in the process of having my disability
I have not been well enough to work.
I have been struggling for the last couple years since MBC…

It’s hard admitting when you need help and can’t take care of yourself alone anymore. I have high hopes for my wealth, health, and happiness in 2026.

thank you to everyone who has made it possible for me to still be here with my family today.

the funds I have raised have helped me keep my bills paid, a roof over my families heads, clothes on and food in our bodies. not having health insurance has also made my budget even more of a mess than usual. but this is a crazy economy to have a house of five in.
Any and all donations have gone into my bank account and gone straight towards the bills monthly.

I have to believe I can make it through this to live a healthy life I want to give back to cancer community, the holistic health movement, help others anyway I can. I won’t live to write a memoir one day. I will not let my diagnosis lose my ability to dream ever again as long as I live.

I will keep fighting but I have been busy fighting for my rights to SSI Disability on a world ran by money when I am unable to make any outside of donations at the moment.
