My name is Lily Turner. I am 28 years old. I was born & raised in Indiana and here I remain. I have a 7 year old daughter named Maya. My mother, Ashley helps care for us at our home as I am found to be disabled.

I was diagnosed with Li Fraumeni Syndrome LFS in 2019 following my ostiosacrcoma of the left mandiblle (bone cancer in my jawbone) diagnosis - they did a genetics test as this was odd for a healthy 22 year old. This test revealed I have a mutation of gene TP53 that suppressers and controls tumor growth.

I have stage 4 breast cancer.I have been stage 4 since 2023.

Post stage 4 to be exact - once the cancer has metastasized outside its original site, it is too radical to ever truly be in remission again.

I am currently treating my cancer with chemotherapy called Enhertu. This is one of the first I have used that is able to only target malignant cells. Giving my healthy cells a fighting chance at survival.

My scans recently showed it is slightly shrinking my tumors with only four treatments given. It thankfully is not having any unendurable effects.

Over the years battling "the shark closest to the boat," I have not been able to be financially sovereign. After the last two years since I left work to pursue my SSI Disability & fighting to get it back, the monthly $1,100 doesn't even cover my mortgage. If there are people out there with the money to help me, i humbly ask for donations to help keep me and my family safe from displacement and more suffering. I am grateful for any and all forms of help offered from caring to sharing.
