Two weeks ago, Lily was suddenly let go from their work without notice, through no fault of their own. The part of their business they were working in had to dissolve and, therefore, couldn't offer severance. Lily has already been grinding every day, looking for work, taking on any gig that comes their way, and hopefully, will be back to full-time work in a month or two.

But! this is the Bay, and the bills don't let you take a breather. I'm looking to help Lily raise a month's worth of money to cover bills and living expenses just to tide them over until the next thing!

Many in the community have met Lily and know how generous, giving, and caring they are. For those who haven't: Lily will give away the last of their anything to help someone in dire straits. And I mean anything-- money, time, resources of any sort. They are a true embodiment of "community", always there for anyone who needs an ear, a shoulder to cry on, or a sweet cuddle. Being the one who is in need and reaches out for help is not their strong suit, so I'm doing it on their behalf.
