We were so disappointed when the Peru trip we were planning on taking part in next summer was cancelled.

HOWEVER, we have found another trip we have successfully been accepted into for 3 weeks next summer in Sri Lanka!!! This expedition is both a travel and volunteering experience where we will be volunteering on a sea turtle conservation project doing many things to help, such as releasing baby turtles and beach cleans to ensure safety for the sea turtles. Another volunteering project we will be doing during our time in Sri Lanka is a street dog rescue where we will be caring for and feeding the many dogs in the village!

As well as the volunteering, we will also be taking part in a 10 day travelling experience around Sri Lanka where we will explore all around the country and create unforgettable memories!!

We are extremely excited for this trip but still have a long way to go in raising enough money to be able to take part in it. The expected price for the trip is around £4,500 which, although is less than the Peru expedition would have been, is still a lot of money to raise in just under 11 months!

Ruby and I will be busking often and hopefully booking some gigs soon. Any donations are very much appreciated and we thank everyone who has already donated in the past 6 months! You are helping us to be able to take part in our dream experiences and create long-lasting memories which we will cherish forever! This will be a once in a lifetime experience so we really do appreciate all of your help!
