Hi, my name is Lily Riggs. I have been competing in powerlifting for 7 years and it has been a goal to represent Canada at IPF worlds! I came 2nd place at Westerns 2021, and 2nd place at Nationals 2022.

It is such an honour to have made team Canada and to be able to compete with the top in the world! Junior worlds will be held in Istanbul, Turkey at the end of august.

The money raised from this will go towards flights and accommodations, as well as team fees and uniform. Thank you so much to anyone who wants to donate, anything is greatly appreciated!
