Hello, I am Kim the aunt of Lily Heer (16) who was taken too soon. On November 7, 2016 Lily like so many children in the Suisun area took a shortcut to the local high school. She was  struck and killed by an Amtrak train. Her family and friends are absolutly devestated.  
I am raising money to help pay for funeral costs and help the family in this time of need. We would like to plan  a celebration of her life on her 16th Birthday November 25th.
