Lily get her foot looked at and nail removed

As many people know my animals are my babies. Lily my 1 year old Saint Bernard came in limping and had a bloody foot. I took a closer look and saw her whole dew claw on her front paw completely side ways and bleeding.

I called my vet and because she is a giant breed dog she needs to be put to sleep to take a closer look at the paw and hopefully remove the nail.

I haven’t had the best of luck in life lately, and this didn’t help at all. I’m struggling really bad right now and nothing is worse than seeing my girl in pain.

Anything would help and be greatly appreciated and would mean the absolute world to me. so please even a share would be just as good!
