I'm June, Lilly's mom and I hate swallowing my pride and asking for help. As most of you know she has PANDAS/PANS for 3 years 8 months. An infection that has been attacking her brain and we've tried everything under the sun. The OCD part of this is destroying her.  Right now she won't leave the living room,  unless she needs the bathroom. She lives, eats and sleeps on a computer chair, she wears 5 pairs of gloves at all times,  she can't do the simplest things that we all do.  Her brain tells her she can't hear or see anyone, when she does hear anyone out triggers her brain and she'll have extreme anxiety or bouts of rage. 
When I cook for her she turns her chair the other way so we can't see each other,  I make her food,  walk toward the living room,  turn my back and head and hand it to her.  Then I must leave the room.  I have not stood in a room with my child and had a conversation with her since June 29, 2021 when she had her last IVIG. She only communicates with me through Facebook messenger.
My kids and I live in our bedrooms, no access to the kitchen,  living room or playroom.  We spend a lot of time in the basement.  

I am going to be taking her to a Dr in Washington, DC, the best in the country for her illness who has told me after hearing everything she's going through "If you can get her to me I can get her well"

So that's all I needed to hear. The problem (aside from trying to get a child in a van for a 9 hour ride when she can't leave the house or be around people, even me.)

 

The medication is $16,500 pet vital and she's going to need 3, but we got that covered! After many months of me fighting with the insurance to cover the medication they decided No they wouldn't cover it because it's out of state.  The Dr's office told me about a company that pays for kids medications like the one she needs, Rituxan, I applied along with the Dr and got approved yesterday!!!! I'm over the moon happy!
This Dr doesn't take insurance so it's a pay out of pocket for the procedure she'll need.  @ $5,800 each This is what I'm looking for help with.  

I'm not expecting to raise what I need, the procedure would be good enough at this point. After driving there in a van,  I'll be staying at the hotel across from the Dr's office, gas, food,  etc... 
I'm excited and scared to death about trying to get her out of the house.  It really is a fight,  but I'm so ready! She doesn't know any of this yet.  I don't want to upset her or trigger her into a rage episode.
