Lilly needs life saving help! She's the sweetest 2 year old

My name is Amanda, I'm begging for help for my sisters poor sweet girl! She is bleeding internally. We've been told that the bleeding is caused by a gastrointestinal infection. The emergency animal hospital is suggesting 3-4 days of being admitted for IV fluids and monitoring. Costing aprox $5000 or more. That's not including any further tests or medications.

The alternative they said- Euthanasia

She's only 2 years old, and was full of life and love until yesterday. Then things took a drastic and rapid turn last night. Needless to say we were not financially prepared for this. We could use any and all help and prayers right now. To lose Lilly would be utterly devastating to our family. Any help we receive we would be truly grateful for!!
