Hi our friends recently lost there beautiful little girl Lilly who was only age 10.. Lilly had been through so much in the 10 years having operation after operation including 2 heart transplants, a kidney transplant but no matter what she was faced with she always had a smile on her face, she lit up every room she was in… I’m hoping to raise some money to help james, Joanne and Lilly’s family towards the cost of the funeral and memorials so that everyone can always remember the smile that Lilly brought to us all..
