Lillemors Glaucoma surgery

Hello all dog lovers!

My name is Lillemor and I have just turned 7 years old! When I was but a tiny puppy I lived in Bosnia where I had to live in a cage out in the yard, I grew up in a fight camp but when I just turned 2 I was rescued and taken to Sweden, the first two years in Sweden I had 10 different homes before I ended up in my current (forever) home with mom and dad!

I have not only had bad luck with relocation but also with injuries, A couple of years ago I was bitten by a dog and had to get stitches, it went well and was back on my feet after a couple of weeks. Now I have been Diagnosed with Glucoma caused by the traumatic events i suffered trough in Bosnia. This means that I have high pressure in my eye, I have been to the vet and started a pressure-lowering treatment, unfortunately it did not work for me and my mom and dad have already had to shell out a bit over $1700 for the treatment.

Now it's between euthanasia or removing the eye, removing the eye would cost about $3,500 which will be financially overwhelming for mom and dad! but at the same time they promised me that euthanasia is not an option either! therefore we ask all of you who want and can help to help us! every contribution makes a difference.
